The process of publishing an article in the QOF journal typically takes between six months to a year, or adjusts according to the queue. However, we understand that in some situations, authors may require a quicker process. Therefore, we offer a fast track facility that allows completion within less than six months, without compromising the quality standards of the articles established by the journal.

The following requirements must be met by authors who wish to use the fast track facility:

  1. Authors are required to submit their articles to the QOF Online Journal System (OJS), adhering to the prescribed publication workflow of the QOF journal.
  2. Submitted articles must comply with the QOF journal's template and Author Guidelines.
  3. Authors need to complete and sign a publication ethics statement and an originality statement, which should then be emailed to [email protected].
  4. To ensure quality, the article will undergo a review and editing process as per the journal's established standards. Authors must be willing to make amendments based on the recommendations of reviewers and editors. Once article revisions are finalized, the publication process can promptly proceed.
  5. Authors are also expected to attach reference export using Mendeley or Zotero in BibTex (*.bib) or RIS format, to be emailed to [email protected].
  6. The fast-track publication process for articles ranges from three to six months, from submission to publication, depending on the publication quota.
  7. A fast track process fee of IDR 1.500.000 will be charged to the authors. This fee should be paid at the start of the process, following article submission, as a commitment to complete the publication process.
  8. Payments should be transferred to the BRI bank account number 617601013517534, registered under the name Kholila Mukaromah.
