Abstract

This article focuses on discussing the influence of limits on appearance on the character and morals of student at Qur’an ‘Arobiyya Islamic boarding school. This article aims to find out more about whether or not there is an influence on the boundaries that have been set for the character and morals of students. This research uses a qualitative method using primary and secondary data, which is processed and reviewed using library research and field research methods. This research has shown that the appearance limits that have been set can influence the formation of the character and morals of the students both within the boarding school and in society. Another influence felt by the students is that they can be more disciplined and appreciate time, grow in self awareness, and form better character. This cannot be separated from and example of the caregivers, asatidz, mudabbir, and administrators.
